TITHES, OFFERINGS AND DONATIONS ARE RECEIVED BY FRUITFUL VINE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL INC. ABN 45 953 524 106 AND FRUITFUL VINE MELBOURNE CHURCH INC. ABN 47 362 691 506 (BOTH REFERRED TO AS “FRUITFUL VINE,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”).

By donating to Fruitful Vine you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our refund policy. Please review the following prior to making your donation.
2. Payment Options
How to pay
Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on our web site is by credit card.
Frequency options
One-off – The total amount entered will be deducted from your account.
Recurring Weekly – The total amount entered will be deducted from your account once every 7 days until Fruitful Vine is notified of your cancelation request.
Recurring Fortnightly – The total amount entered will be deducted from your account once every 14 days until Fruitful Vine is notified of your cancelation request.
Recurring Monthly – The total amount entered will be deducted from your account once a month until Fruitful Vine is notified of your cancelation request.
Cards we accept
We accept Visa and MasterCard cards via a secure payments system which is linked directly to our bank who will authorise all credit card payments. We can accept cards issued in Australia or overseas.
Payment currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Receipt
We issue a printed receipt with a copy of the payment information received from our Bank for each order or donation.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
If you make an error in your donation a refund may be available. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error please notify us immediately via the Contact Us or calling +61 3 9752 7767. One-off donations cannot be cancelled after 7 working days.

4. Privacy & Security
Fruitful Vine collects information on its networked websites (www.fruitfulvine.org and its subdomains) in order to record and process donations for Fruitful Vine projects and programs. The information provided by you during the donation process and any other information sent to us by you or otherwise obtained by us about you is only used for the purposes of donation; and issuing a receipt. Your credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Fruitful Vine is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our payment processor that your credit card payment has been approved. If you authorise a recurring donation, your credit card details are stored by our payment processor in accordance with payment card industry standards. If you do not wish your personal information to be handled in this way, you may cancel the donation process.
5. Changes To Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Fruitful Vine may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. Please take time to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place a payment.
6. Applicable Law
The laws of the State of Victoria, excluding its conflicts of law rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Fruitful Vine or relating in any way to your use of the Service resides in the courts of the State of Victoria.
